论文编号:SW114 论文字数:11581,页数:26 摘 要：竹子全身都是宝，是当今世界最具有使用价值的植物之一。竹材是竹林的主产品，竹材工业利用主要有:竹浆造纸、竹质人造板、竹家具和日用品、竹工艺品等。竹产工业是我国轻工业中一个独具特色的组成部分，也是地方工业的一个重要经济部门。竹叶是一类相当大的潜在资源。文中在绪论中阐述了竹叶提取物的有效成分及药理作用，介绍竹叶中提取水溶性物质方法，采用水提法，应用原料最广泛的水作为提取物，得到初提物，利用超声波、微波等辅助条件，得出热水浸提后的竹叶初提物,得率达到15%。并且通过对竹叶水提物工艺条件的控制，竹叶水提物能保持较好的色泽和香味，能给竹叶制作竹饮料提供一些参考。 关键词：竹叶；水溶性物质；提取物；超声波；微波 Abstract: All parts of the bamboo are valuable. It is one of the most valuable plants in the world. The bamboo is the main product of the bamboo forest. The bamboo which is used in industry mainly has: Bamboo thick liquid papermaking, bamboo nature building board, bamboo furniture and daily necessities, bamboo handicraft and so on. The bamboo production industry is the unique constitution of the light industry in our country. And it is also an important economic branch of the local industry. The bamboo leaves are kind of quite big latent resources. The introduction of the article elaborates the effective components of the bamboo leaves extraction and the pharmacological effects. It also introduces the method of extraction water-soluble material which comes from the bamboo leaves. It picks the water used formulation, using the most widespread water as the extraction to obtain the initial product. And it uses the ultrasonic wave, microwave and so on as the subsidiary conditions, obtaining the initial product which is extracted from the hot water. The results are 15%.The bamboo leaves extraction will maintain the good luster and the fragrance through the control of the technological conditions.
