论文编号:SW033 论文字数:11954,页数:23 摘要:超临界CO2萃取技术(Supercritical Fluid Extraction, 简称SFE)是近代化工分离中一种较新型的分离技术。本文应用该技术脱除绿茶中咖啡因与提取烟叶中的茄尼醇。在脱除绿茶中咖啡因时,研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、夹带剂使用、预处理等方面,确定了萃取体系最佳的工艺条件是:微波预处理,茶叶含水量是40%,夹带剂是30%的乙醇/水,萃取压力为40MPa,萃取温度为50℃,萃取时间为8h。采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取废次烟叶中的有效成分茄尼醇时,考察了相关因素对提取分离的影响,基本确定了萃取体系的适宜工艺条件:夹带剂乙醇体积分数为95%、萃取温度在50℃、萃取压力为20 MPa,萃取时间是2h。
Extraction caffeine from tea and solanesol from tobacco leaf by Abstract: Supercritical CO2 extraction technology is a new separation technology in modern chemical separation. In the article, Removal caffeine Removal from green tea and extract solanesol from tobacco leaf by using supercritical CO2 extraction technology. In the experiment of Removaling caffeine from green tea, study some related factor as pressure, temperature, time, co-solvent, pretreatment, the best technology conditions are: microwave pretreatment, contain 40% water in the tea, co-solvent is 30% ethanol/water, extraction pressure is 40MPa, extraction temperature is 50℃, extraction time is 8h. Extract solanesol from tobacco leaf by supercritical CO2 extraction technology, study the effect of related factors on extraction result, and the suitable technology condition is: co-solvent is 95% ethanol/water, extraction temperature is 50℃, extraction pressure is 20MPa, extraction time is 2h.
