摘   要
    上海大众汽车有限公司是中德合资的轿车生产企业，经过二十年的发展, 上海大众形成了四大生产区域和一大技术中心的生产格局。上海大众已成为目前中国生产规模最大、产品保有量最大的现代化轿车生产基地。上海大众先进的管理、现代化的技术、以及一流的人才队伍正在与国际先进水平同步实现了技术同步、管理同步、产品同步。本文运用管理学、人力资源开发与管理理论，通过对上海大众公司人员招聘与培训的现状与发展趋势的介绍，从人力资源的角度对当今社会上人员招聘与培训的现状及存在的问题进行深入的剖析与研究。
 本文首先介绍了企业人员招聘与培训的基本理论，其中包括人员招聘的内涵及意义和人员培训的内涵及意义；其次在对人力资源管理现状及发展情况的调查，分析了企业人员招聘与培训工作的现状及发展，然后分系统的介绍了上海大众汽车公司的背景、发展趋势、经营理念及管理模式，并重点介绍了上海大众公司在人员招聘与培训所做的工作，通过对其人员招聘与培训的方法的介绍，了解了上海大众汽车公司“以人为本”的用人原则，分析了上海大众汽车公司“以人为本”的人员招聘及人员培训策略，充分体现了“以人为本”人员招聘及培训的优势说在；本文的最后一部分对上海大众汽车公司的人员招聘与培训所存在的问题及对策分别进行了研究，指出了其在人员招聘与培训中的问题及不足，并相应提出了意见及对策。

The present condition study and reseach of personnel employment in the public automebile company in shanghai
 Abstract: The public automobile limited company in shanghai is a car-producing enterprise which is jointly ventured by China and Germany. With the 20 years development, the company has consisted of 4 product districts and one techology cancer. Now it is a civilizated car-producing base with the biggest production scale and product retention quantity. The madernacined management and technolegy, the first-class personnel are synchronously acgueved with synchronous technolegy, management and product at the international level.
 This text nakes use of the theories in managent and human resource development, during the development trend introduction of the person employment and the present candition of training, to analyse and study the social personnel employment, the present training condition and existing problems from the angle of the human resource. At first, introduces basic theories of the personnel employment and the present condition, including the true meaning and connotation of personnel employment and personnel training. Second, itanalyses the present condition and develoyment of personnel employment and the training after the thorongh. Research of human resource management and development, then systematically introduces the campany is background, development trend, management ethicsand modes, at the same time, it stresses the work the public automobile limited campany in shanghai has done, with the introduction of personnel employment and training methods and learn well about the personnel principle, “make the employees center ”, also analyses the strategy for personnel employment and personnel training from another point of view, reflect the advantages of make the employees.
