竹子化学成分对将得率的影响

摘要：本论文主要研究竹子的化学成分对浆得率的影响，论文的数据通过实验室做实验得到。实验所用的材料为某竹帘厂的毛竹边角料和新鲜毛竹。实验中，对竹材的水分、灰分、苯-醇抽出物、木素及综纤维素等含量进行分析，经比较，毛竹边角料的木素含量高于新鲜毛竹4.26个百分比，综纤维素的含量却比新鲜毛竹低4.4个百分比。本实验采用硫酸盐法对竹材进行蒸煮，把蒸煮后的浆制浆板，测得粗浆得率及卡伯值，把新、旧两种竹材的实验数据进行比较。经过上述数据综合分析比较，毛竹浆的木素含量对其浆得率影响最大，也可得出旧竹材即废弃的边角料在制浆造纸方向有一定的利用价值，但不适合生产高档纸，而可以用于一些白度要求不高的生活用纸。

The influence of chemical composition on bamboo pulp yield

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the influence of chemical composition on bamboo pulp yield, and the data obtained by laboratory experiments. The materials are the Waste of Phyllostachys pubescens from bamboo curtain factory cutout and fresh Phyllostachys pubescens. The bamboo’s moisture, ash, benzene - alcohol and lignin content are analyed in laboratory. By comparison, the lignin content of Waste of Phyllostachys pubescens is 0.426 percentage points higher than fresh Phyllostachys pubescens, but the Holo-cellulos content in fresh Phyllostachys pubescens is 4.4 percentage points lower.In this experiment, we use the Kraft pulping cooking. The pulp obtained after cooking is made into pulp board, then measure the pulp yield and Kappa number.Through the comprehensive analysis of the data, bamboo pulp of lignin and content on the slurry ratio, also can draw the leftover material is abandoned old bamboo pulp &paper direction in certain value, but it is not suitable for producing high-grade paper, but can be used in the whiteness paper for daily use.
