内容摘要：2006年起，每年六月的第二个星期六成为了“文化遗产日”，通过节日的形式引起公众的对文化遗产的关注。其中非物质文化遗产作为我国民族传统文化的精髓和民族瑰宝，随着社会生活、生产方式的改变，有些已经消失，有些濒临消失。所以保护非物质文化遗产的任务刻不容缓。非物质文化遗产作为重要的旅游资源，在旅游过程中对其进行保护，一方面丰富了旅游活动内容，另一方面又能使非物质文化遗产得到较好的传承。合理利用非物质文化遗产，缓和非物质遗产的与旅游开发的矛盾来保护非物质文化遗产是当下最有效的方式。既创造了经济利益，又使非物质遗产得到了传承，是互惠互利的方式之一。但在利用过程中一定要有度的把握，掌握好度的问题。

Content abstract：Every June 2006, the second Saturday became the "cultural heritage"，through the form of public holiday of cultural heritage. One non-material cultural heritage as China traditional culture essence and national treasure. Along with the social life and production change, some have disappeared, some endangered, So the protection of intangible cultural heritage is a urgent task. As an important intangible cultural heritage tourism resources, in the course of travel to protect, enriching the content of tourism activities, on the other hand, can make the intangible cultural heritage better inheritance. Rational utilization of intangible cultural heritage, ease of non-material heritage tourism development of conflict with the protection of the intangible cultural heritage is the most effective way. Neither create economic interests, and intangible heritage got inheritance，it is one way of mutual benefit. But in use process must grasp the chi, master degree.
