摘要

朱德同志是客家人，他的一生对中国革命和建设事业立下了不朽功勋，为毛泽东思想的形成和发展做出了杰出的贡献。同时他熟悉并力行客家历史积累下来的优良的客家精神，客家精神是客家人在长期迁徙的历史过程中为适应恶劣的生存环境不断锻治来的优良精髓。朱德与时俱进，多方面深化了客家文化的内涵，为客家文化注入了新鲜的血液。他有着“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”的伟大情怀，爱国爱民，誓为国家的解放、富强而不懈奋斗。他艰苦朴素，开拓进取，始终保持着共产党的政治本色。他有着勤奋好学，学以致用的治学风格。他务实敬业，有着坚定不移的革命信念。他有着平等待人、和蔼可亲、挚诚团结的风范。是继承和传播客家精神的典范。朱德客家精神思想形成主要是受家庭尤其是母亲的言传身教以及所生存的社会环境的影响。他一生思想高尚，人格伟大，给全党全国人民留下了难以忘怀的印象。对新一代年青人的成长更是十分宝贵的精神财富。他的精神和事迹对客家后代有着深远的示范和教化作用，对客家人对客家精神的违逆和淡忘给予反思。对人才的培养，构建社会主义和谐社会，全面小康社会的实现，践行“八荣八耻”有着重要的现实意义。
