材料成型及控制工程论文,论文编号:JX1405 论文字数:9463.页数:31 摘要 橡胶材料做的成型部件应用于很多不同的产品。当橡胶表面与金属表面动态接触时,低摩擦系数和高抗磨损能力,而且静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数之间的低差别都有要求。使用活性溴的方法结合了溴和电子束交联两者表面改造的优点。但是这个方法受限于材料必须有足够程度的双键(NBR),而三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)只有少量的双键。摩擦会阻碍橡胶在金属表面的滑行并且会减少橡胶的使用寿命,所以改变橡胶的摩擦特性是相当有必要的。 关键词: 三元乙丙胶(EPDM) 聚乙烯(PP) 聚四氟乙烯粉末(PTFE-micro-powder) 金属表面 电子束处理 摩擦系数 抗磨损能力 Abstract Form parts made of elastomer material are used in most different products. Low friction coefficients and high wear resistance as well as low difference between static and dynamic contact with metallic surfaces. Friction blocks elastomer sliding on the metallic surface and reduces its using time. So it’s necessary to modify the friction properties of elastomer. The method of the activated Bromination unites the advantages of the surface modification by means of bromine and the cross-linking via electrons. The method is restricted to materials with double bonds (NBR),but EPDM do not have enough double bonds .Atoms and molecules can directly be excited or ionized via high-energy electrons .The reactive species produced lead preferentially to the generation of radicals which can initiate complex chemical reaction in turn. The result of those chemical reactions depends on absorbed dose, chemical structure of the materials to be modified and treatment conditions(temperature ).
