电脑风扇的塑料模具设计与数控加工编程

摘 要
 随着现代工业发展的需要，塑料制品在工业、农业和日常生活等各个领域的应用越来越广泛，质量要求也越来越高。在塑料制品的生产中，高质量的模具设计、先进的模具制造设备、合理的加工工艺、优质的模具材料和现代化的成型设备等都是成形优质塑件的重要条件。
 本文通过对电脑风扇注塑模具的要求进行分析。然后利用Pro／Engineer的模块功能结合产品的特性进行模具结构设计。确定了分型面、浇注系统，推出机构、冷却系统等，选择了注射机，计算了成型零部件的尺寸。并根据按钮零件注塑模具的要求对注射机的各参数进行了校核。最后用AutoCAD软件绘制了一套模具的装配图和零件图。最后，对模具的型芯、型腔进行体积块加工、轮廓加工、曲面加工等加工方法进行模具加工。

Abstract
 With modern industrial development, the plastic products industry, are widely used in agriculture and daily life, and other fields, also the quality requirements have become more sophisticated. In plastic products, the production and quality of mold design, advanced mold manufacturing equipment and reasonable processing, die quality materials and modern equipment are molding quality plastic parts forming an important condition.
This paper discussed the design of plastic injection mould of button parts. Use Pro／Engineer of the characteristics of the products for mold design. The author determined the parting surfaces and the gating system and Release the organization, cooling system etc, choose the injection molding machine，calculated the sizes of the molding parts. adopted to sprinkle directly in the design, make use of to keep lead the pillar direction fixed position, push the pole crest to anticipate, and carried on the choice to the material of the molding tool. According button injection mold parts to the requirements of the injection parameters of the machine was calibrated. And the author also drew a set of mold assembling chart and parts chart using AutoCAD software. Finally, the mold core, cavity to block the processing volume, the outline of processing, surface processing and other processing methods mold processing.
