小型开式冲压机及冲模设计

摘要：本论文简略介绍了一种小型开式冲压机的设计方案,重点说明了小型冲压机的送料机构的设计，并对其工作原理进行了阐释；该自动送料装置在结构上由可调偏心轮、拉杆、超越离合器、传动齿轮、辊轴、座体等构件组成，由冲压机曲轴通过凸轮和连杆传递动力进行工作；同时本论文详细介绍了冲压模具的设计过程及其工作原理，在分析冲裁变形过程及冲裁件质量影响因素的基础上，对冲裁工艺方案的制定和冲裁模设计的相关事宜作了介绍。

Abstract:The paper briefly introduced the design project of small scaled open type pressure machine, and primarily introduced the design project and the theory of the mechanism which used to send stuff to pressure machine. It’s mainly composed of adjustable gear, tension bar, driving gear, roller, place body. Meanwhile the design project and the theory of the mould are introduced. In the foundation of the analysis on blanking distortion process and its effect on product quality, banking craft plan is introduced.
