比例电磁铁性能测试系统

摘   要
 本文介绍了比例电磁铁性能测试的发展历程和研究现状。分析比例电磁铁的基本结构和工作原理，分别建立了比例电磁铁的静态数学模型和动态数学模型。研究用相关的计算机软件设计电磁铁性能测试的仿真模型，最后确立用LabVIEW进行仿真。根据比例电磁铁的数学模型应用LabVIEW建立的静态模型和动态模型，并进行仿真，为比例电磁铁的性能测试设计提供了理论基础。根据前面分析的影响电磁铁静态特性和动态特性的参数设计了专门的测试系统，并用LabVIEW对电磁铁的静态性能和动态性能进行仿真，测试其稳定性。其中还对传感器测试台结构进行了改进，并出具了设计图纸。

Performance test system of proportional solenoid
 This paper introduces the development of the performance test system of proportional solenoid and analyzes its structure and the basic principle. Analysis of the basic structure of proportional solenoid and principle, established a ratio of proportional solenoid static mathematical models and dynamic model. Research related to computer software design magnet performance test simulation model established by the end LabVIEW simulation. According to the mathematical model of electromagnets LabVIEW application of the establishment of the static model and dynamic model, and simulation, to test the performance of magnet design provides a theoretical basis. According to the analysis of the impact of magnet in front of the static and dynamic characteristics of the design parameters of a special test system, LabVIEW with the electromagnet and the static and dynamic performance of the simulation to test its stability. It also to improve the sensor test bed structure,and design the drawings.
