16吨液压机的设计

摘   要
     液压机是锻压、冲压、冷挤、校正、弯曲、粉末冶金成型等工艺中被广泛应用的压力加工机械，是最早应用液压传动的机械之一。其本体一般由机架，液压（工作及回程）缸部件，运动部分及其导向装置以及其他辅助装置组成。
     它是以液压油为工作介质，通过动力元件(油泵)将原动机的机械能变为液压油的压力能，再通过控制元件，然后借助执行元件(油缸或油马达)将压力能转换为机械能，驱动负载实现直线或回转运动，且通过对控制元件遥控操纵和对流量的调节，调定执行元件的力和速度。当外界对上述系统有扰动时，执行元件的输出量一般要偏离原有调定值，产生一定的误差。
     系统中也包括动力元件、控制元件和执行元件，也是通过油液传递功率。二者不同之点是液压控制具有反馈装置，反馈装置的作用是执行元件的输出量(位移、速度、力等机械量)反馈回去与输入量(可以是变化的，也可以是恒定的)进行比较，用比较后的偏差来控制系统，使执行元件的输出随输入量的变化而变化或保持恒定。它是一种构成闭环回路的液压传动系统，也叫液压随动系统或液压伺服系统。
     本文以通过对16吨液压机设计课题的分析研究，查找其相关方面的^论文，并对其进行深入分析与研究，在广泛吸收其它进口液压机优点的基础上，参照目前国际技术的发展水平，考虑到了操作的容易性等方面的因素，制定合理的设计方案，使得液压机达到一种新的设计水平，重组各种数据，以及各种相关^论文所提到各种新颖的设计方法与实例开发，使得此次设计有足够的参考价值。

Abstract

 The hydraulic press is the forging and stamping, the ramming, the swaging, the adjustment, curving, crafts and so on in powder metallurgy formation by the widespread application shaping machinery, is one of most early application hydraulic transmission machineries.Its main body generally by the rack, the hydraulic pressure (work and return trip) the cylinder part, the movement part and the guide as well as other auxiliary units is composed.
 It is take the hydraulic fluid as the actuating medium, (oil pump) becomes through the power part the prime mover mechanical energy the hydraulic fluid the pressure energy, again through controls the part, then (cylinder or oil motor) trades with the aid of the functional element the pressure energy extension for the mechanical energy, the actuation load realization straight line or the gyroscopic motion, also through to controls the part remote control operation and to the current capacity adjustment, the accent decides the functional element the strength and the speed.When the outside has the perturbation to the above system, the functional element output must deviate generally the original setting, has certain error.
 In the system also includes the power part, controls the part and the functional element, also is through the fat liquor transmission power.The two different spot is the hydraulic control has the positioner, the positioner function is the functional element output (displacement, speed, strength and so on mechanical quantity) feeds back with the input value (may be change, also may be constant) carries on the comparison, after the comparison deviation control system, causes the functional element the output to change or the maintenance along with the input value change is constant.It is one kind of constitution closed loop return route hydraulic actuation system, also is called the hydraulic pressure servo system or the hydraulic servo.
 This article by through to the topic analysis research, searches its correlation aspect the material, and carries on the thorough analysis and the research to it, in widely absorbs other import hydraulic press merit in the foundation, the reference the international technical level of development, considered at present operation aspect and so on easy factors, to have formulated the reasonable design proposal, causes the hydraulic press to achieve one kind of new design level, reorganizes each kind of data, as well as each kind of correlation data mentioned each novel design method and the example development, enables this design to have the enough reference value.
