汽车模型反求造型设计

摘   要

 逆向工程是根据已存在的产品或零件原型构造产品或零件的工程设计模型，并在此基础上对已有的产品进行剖析、理解和改进，是对已有设计的再设计。逆向工程的应用领域包括产品的仿制和改进，复杂型面质量控制的要求，在美学设计特别重要的领域，还有医疗，仿生，艺术品加工的要求等等。本文通过提出一种逆向工程应用于汽车模型产品开发过程中的解决方案，对一些关键技术做出简要的论述，并阐述了如何进行汽车模型的反求处理和误差分析。在具体的实施过程中，首先在逆向软件imageware中对原始数据处理，然后得出汽车模型的三维曲面模型，最后进行了误差分析。

Abstract
 Reverse engineering is based on existing products or parts prototype construction products or parts engineering design model, and on this basis right application  of  product  analysis understanding and improving,yes right there the design  of the re-design.Applications include reverse engineering and imitation products,  improved surface  quality control of  complex requirements, aesthetic design in the areas of particular importance, as well as medical, bionic, art processing requirements, etc.This article  through  proposed  that  one  kind  of reverse-engineering applies in the automobile panal product development process the solution, makes the brief elaboration to some key technologies, and elaborated how to carry on automobile panal self examination processing and the error analysis. In the concrete implementation process, first in reversion software imageware to primary data processing, then with has processed the automobile panal data carries on later periods and so on obtains the automobile panal three dimensional surface model, and finally has carried on the error analysis.Reverse engineering is based on existing products or parts prototype construction products or parts engineering design model, and on this basis right application of product analysis understanding and improving,yes right there the design of the re-design.
