新型千斤顶结构设计

摘    要
 通过对目前国内外市场的调查研究，发现现有的大部分千斤顶不能满足用户的消费观念。若选择了价格低廉的产品，则在性能上没法得到保障；若选择性能品质优良的产品，大部分用户很难接受昂贵的价格。
 本设计主要介绍了在传统千斤顶的基础上，通过对机械结构的设计，从而克服传统千斤顶安全性能差、移动不灵活、不能满足用户品质要求等缺点。综合考虑成本、使用场合、以及用户操作的方便性，确定了四轮卧式千斤顶的设计方案。通过理论计算、强度校核、工作原理及性能分析，对该设计方案作了详细说明。同时在设计过程中，存在一些需要解决的问题，对这些问题一一作了详细的分析。最后规范对该千斤顶的使用说明，设计了该千斤顶的操作规范。

Abstract
 Based on current domestic and international market research and found that most of the existing jack can not meet the user's consumption concept. If you choose the low price of the product, in performance it can not be guaranteed ;if you choose the choice of quality products, most users find it difficult to accept the high price.
 This design mainly introduced based on the traditional jack, through the design of mechanical structure, thereby overcoming the traditional jack that have poor safety performance, mobile is not flexible and can not meet the quality requirements of users, such as shortcomings. Considered the cost, the use of occasions, and the convenience of the user operation, identified four horizontal jack design. Through theoretical calculations, checking strength, principle and performance analysis, the design of a detailed description. At the same time in the design process, there are some issues to be addressed, these problems one by one of the detailed analysis. Finally regulate the use of the jack that, do not comply with instructions it can easily lead to security problems.
