游泳池壁清洗机改进

摘     要
 夏天人们在享受这“蓝天碧水”之间，身体排出的汗水和油脂都漂在水面上，风吹和水里的波动都会使其荡漾并粘在水平面和池壁的交界处，顽强的污渍不仅破坏游泳池的清洁还影响顾客的游玩心情。由于游泳池的特殊构造和污渍的顽固，导致工作人员必须频繁下水来清理这些污渍。对于人力与物力都是较大的损耗。通过对几家大型游泳馆的实地调查和网上^论文的辅助，确认国内目前还没有任何游泳馆采用机械装置来清除池壁污垢，鉴于此实验设计出手推式洗游泳池壁的机器人-----“飞水走壁”。 该机器为轻便手推式车，主要由刷子和翻转结构组成：刷子部分采用自动调节悬臂结构，刷子驱动为电机带传动，目的是为了刷污垢；翻转部分由手柄完成，它的目的主要是调整刷子的水平位置以及方便整体的推动。刷子驱动装置为蓄电池、另配开关等一些电子元件。另外了解到游泳池壁的污垢主要集中在水面稍偏上处，工作人员下水刷壁也是刷该狭窄部位，所以我设计需要使刷子的位置始终能保持在水平面部位，该问题也由浮块的浮力解决。并在原来的基础上做了伸缩轴，利用调整孔距来调整高度。
