循环悬浮式半干法烟气脱硫技术的研究

摘 要

 SO2的减排技术随着对环境越来越高的要求而受到相关领域技术人员的高度关注，其中循环流化床烟气脱硫技术（CFB-FGD）尤为受到重视。目前，CFB-FGD已发展成为适合我国国情的烟气脱硫技术，该项技术适用范围广，成本低、运行费用低的优势。
 本文以杭州萧越热电公司的工程为对象，针对锅炉的特点，结合工艺技术和工程经验，从工艺技术、安全运行、排放指标、经济指标等各方面进行了细致的论证以后，提出了循环悬浮式半干法烟气脱硫技术方案。从而保护了电厂周围的生产、生活环境并使锅炉排放的烟气到达地方及国家的排放标准。

Abstract

   SO2 emission reduction technology on the environment with the ever-increasing demands by the technical staff in related fields of great concern, in which circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization (CFB-FGD), especially attention. At present, CFB-FGD fit the national conditions of China has developed into the flue gas desulfurization technology, the technology applies to a wide range of low cost, the advantages of low operating costs.
 In this paper, the more heat Hangzhou Xiao targeting the company's projects, in view of the characteristics of the boiler, combined with technology and engineering experience, from technology, safe operation, emission indicators, economic indicators and other arguments in detail, the proposed cycle floating FGD technology. Around the power plant so as to protect the production, living environment and the boiler flue gas emissions to reach local and national emission standards.
