摘    要
 本论文首先研究4110发动机气门驱动机构的组成、功用、驱动原理；其次，根据柴油机的性能及整车的性能选择气门驱动总成的相关参数；再次，确定设计方案，并进行气门驱动机构主要参数的计算；最后是优化设计，进行系统零部件设计，同时运用CAD等画图软件画出气门驱动机构的总装图以及各部件图（主要是凸轮轴,挺柱，推杆，摇臂等）。同时要求此气门驱动机构结构合理，符合标准要求，安全可靠、工艺性、经济性好等。气门驱动机构保证各气缸换气良好，充气系数尽可能高，工作可靠、进排气门能够持久地保证燃烧室的密封性。本次设计旨在完成大学最后一个学习任务，提高自己的综合知识运用能力以及独立思考解决问题的能力，为下一阶段的工作和学习打下良好的基础。

Abstract

   This paper firstly refers to the component, function, principles and optimization strategy of the valve system of engine 4110. Secondly, according to the performance of diesel engine and entire vehicle, choose the related parameters of valve drive assembly; Thirdly, make sure design program, and calculate the main parameters of valve drive assembly; Finally, make a optimal design, including important components, at the same time, draw the assembly mechanism and the components(camshaft, cam follower, push rod ,rocker and so on) of the valve drain with CAD. Besides, it requests this valve drive mechanism has a proper configuration, meet the standard requirements , safe and reliable, also has a good technics and economy performance. Valve drive assembly must ensure a good ventilation of the cylinder, and inflation coefficient as high as possible, and maintain the sealing of combustion chamber. The purpose of  this graduation project is to accomplish the final study task, and improve the combined ability to use knowledge and the ability of  independent thinking and problem-solving, making a good foundation for the work in the next term.
