基于WebGIS的在杭高校信息服务平台规划与建设

摘  要
 面对高考毕业生、在校大学生以及关心教育教学的广大群众对教育教学信息和学校地理位置的需求，“基于WebGIS的在杭高校信息查询服务平台”应运而生。设计大众美观的客户后台界面，结合多种先进的软件和技术，为广大群众提供了各个学校机构的地理位置查询和教育教学信息，大大的便利了教育教学活动的进行和发展。
 打开一个网站，给浏览者留下第一印象的既不是网站丰富的内容，也不是网站合理的版面布局，而是来自于网站色彩的视觉冲击。因此, 确定网站的标准色彩也是相当重要的一步。
 对于地理信息系统软件，目前已成功地应用到了包括资源管理、自动制图、设施管理、城市和区域的规划、人口和商业管理、交通运输、石油和天然气、教育、军事等九大类别的一百多个领域。近年来, 随我国经济建设的迅速发展,加速了地理信息系统应用的进程, 在城市规划管理、交通运输、测绘、环保、农业、制图等领域发挥了重要的作用, 取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

The Programming and Construction of University Information Service Platform of HANGZHOU Based on WebGIS
ABSTRACT
 Faced on the need of educational information and university geographic position from the students for university entrance examination, students in campus and vast many who concern on education, appearde “ The Programming and Construction of University Information Service Platform of HANGZHOU Based on WebGIS” .The popular client and back service interface design, many advanced software and technology intergration, provide the university geographic position and educational information of each university and institution for the vast many, make the progress and development of education goes easier.
     If you open a web, the first impress is the view impact of the web color, but neither the abundant content ,nor the good Interface edit .So, choice the right standard color for the web is quite important.
       Currently, WebGIS is successfully applicated to more than one hundred fields of nine categories including resource management, automatic mapping, facilities management, Urban and regional planning , Population and business management, transportation, oil and gas, education, military.
 Recently, with China's rapid economic development, we accelerate the application of geographic information systems in the process, In urban planning and management, transportation, mapping, environmental protection, agriculture, mapping and other areas, geographic information systems have played an important role and achieved good economic and social benefits.
