摘 要：圆盘给料机是一种常用的运输辅助机械，特别在矿山、碎石场、选矿应用较广。圆盘给料机的结构主题是绕垂直轴旋转的圆盘。圆盘中部有一接料仓下口是高度可调的调整套，物料从调整套和圆盘的间隙中散漏出来，并被刮板将物料从圆盘上刮落下来。本设计在给定的原始数据的基础上，通过分析和计算完成了圆盘给料机的总体设计，传动方案的选择。在此基础上，根据每小时给料量的要求，进行了圆盘、蜗轮蜗杆减速器、电动机、皮带轮等的设计计算。整个机型结构简单，动力消耗少，维护方便。
