摘要 :本设计基于筛分机械的研究现状和发展状况，根据振动筛的类型、结构和工作原理，结合相关设计手册,通过对清洗筛工艺参数及动力学参数的选择计算;电动机的选择;联轴器的选择;偏心块的设计;金属螺旋弹簧及轴承的设计计算;以完成80万吨/年硅砂棒磨装置中清洗筛的总体设计。次外,还结合了电控知识设计出振动筛的电控原理图,最后,对设计产品安装调试做了概述。
