摘要
本文介绍了塑件汽车工具箱的成型工艺，以及模具成型结构对塑件质量的影响。浇注系统、顶出机构、模具成型部分和总装结构的设计，构成了本文的主体，而浇注系统中主流道以及浇口位置的合理布局又是其中重点。通过对模具结构方案、模具工作过程以及加工注意事项的详细分析与论述，力图让读者了解注塑模的设计程序、设计工艺。对于脱出机构来说，塑件本身的脱出机构并不复杂，在这章中对侧抽芯机构的设计是设计的重点和难点。在设计中采用最常用的斜导柱机构来完成侧抽动作，结构简单，制造和安装方便。

Abstract

The introduction to this text moulds the shaping craft of the tool case lid of an automobile, and the mould shaping structure, to moulding the influence of a quality. Pour the system , carry out the design of the system , mould shaping part and assembly structure, having formed the subject of this text, and pour in the system the rational overall arrangements of main fact , shunting and runner position are the focal point among them . Through to the structure scheme of the mould , working course of the mould and processing the analysing and describing detailedly of the precautions, is it let reader understand whom note mould design program , design craft to try hard. For deviate from organization , because side releases the design of organization , strengthened the complexity designed. To mould’s carry out structure, it is not complex, in the paper the design for core-pulling structure is emphsis and difficulty. In the designing, use inclined push rod structure which used very often to finish the side take action. This
Structure is simple, manufacture and installation is convenient.
