汽车观后镜刮水及清洗系统设计

摘要:安全是人类生存的基本要求，作为主动安全装置的后视镜是驾驶员间接视野的主要特征。本设计首先对后视镜的结构形式及研究状况进行了介绍；针对目前观后镜在雨天雨水及时常有灰尘附于上视野变差的问题，提出了具有刮水及清洗系统的后视镜总体布置设计的思路；对后视镜刮水传动机构及清洗系统作了详细的设计，完成了相应机构设计计算过程；并对刮水及清洗系统控制电路了进行了设计。所设计的后视镜系统可以在下雨天间隙清除镜面上附着的雨水，在镜面上附着尘土时根据需要进行清洗，实现后视镜良好视野。

 The design of Rear view mirror wiper and washing system
 
Abstract：Security is the basic requirements of human existence, as an active safety device，the Rear view mirror is the driver's main features of indirect vision.  At first,the article introduces the structure and the research status of the Rear view mirror；Against the deterioration of vision problem when the Rear view mirror used in rain day or dust on it ,the rearview mirror general design ideas of a cleaning system with wiper are been Proposed . and the transmission of the rear-view mirror wiper cleaning system detailed design, completion of the corresponding mechanism design calculation process, and the wiper and washing system control circuit has been designed. The design of the mirror system can clear the water on the rain mirror when attaches to the rain, and it can clean the mirror when the mirror attaches to dust  as needed to achieve good vision mirror.
