摘要
 
 一般的自动化机床都拥有一个较为先进的回转工作台。回转工作台是数控铣床、数控镗床、加工中心等数控机床不可缺少的重要附件 ( 或部件 ) 。它的作用是按照控制装置的信号或指令作回转分度或连续回转进给运动，以使数控机床能完成指定的加工工序。所以我们需要一个间歇分度器来实现这个功能。本次毕业设计主要是设计一个间歇分度器，包括间歇分度机构，传动机构以及其他零部件的设计计算。要求实现间歇转角为45度，转角角速度不大与45度/秒。要求完成整体结构设计，绘制零件图。

Intermittent sub-degree design
 Abstract
 Automated machine tool-like has a more advanced rotary table. CNC rotary table is a milling machine, CNC boring machine, machining center CNC machine tools, such as an important and indispensable annex (or components). Its role is to control devices in accordance with the signals or instructions for rotary indexing or continuous feed rotary movement so that the CNC machine tools to complete the specified processes. Therefore, we need a protractor intermittently to achieve this function. The graduation project is to design a major sub-degree interval, including intermittent indexing agencies, transmission and other parts of the design and calculation. Intermittent demands for a 45-degree angle, angle of 45 degrees with little angular velocity / sec. Required to complete the overall structure of design, drawing parts diagram.
