摘     要
 
 此次毕业设计对象为医用石膏粉自动分配器，这是一个医疗器械，为使医院的工作实现半自动化。使医生在为病人打石膏时能定量快捷的进行，减少医生不必要的时间。
 随着现代制造技术的迅速发展与控制技术的应用，对于医疗器械，医护人员希望医疗器械便于操作，人机界面清晰，尽量减少误操作。针对这一问题和现在医院石膏粉的使用机器的现状，设计该产品是势在必行，适合时代发展的需要。针对该课题设计的产品对提高医院医生的办事速度有很大的帮助，使医院工作效率大大提高，使医生能更高效的工作。
 通过对本课题的理论研究、设计与实践，深入学习，熟练掌握产品的设计、结构的分析、PRO/E的使用。该课题主要进行产品的结构设计、功能设计，进而生产出符合要求的产品，投入生产使用。
 由于本课题涉及到产品的设计、结构的设计，因此需要的综合知识很多，从理论到实际生产过程都牵涉到了。通过这些，培养自己发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力以及创新与实践能力。

 The design of electromagnetic vibration automatic dispenser for the gesso

Abstract
 The graduation design object is the automatic dispenser for the gesso that used in the hospital. This medical devices is used for realizing half automation in the hospital.When the doctor gypsum a patient it can be quick and quantitative.It can reduce the doctor unnecessary time.
 With the rapid development of modern manufacture technology and control technology application.For the medical equipment,medical researchers hope that will be easy to operate and man-machine interface is clearer.It also can minimize the mistake.In order to solve this problem and also the present situation of the product in the hospital. The design of this machine is imperative. It’s suitable for the development of The Times. According to the design of product to improve hospital doctors working speed is of great help.It improves hospital work efficiency greatly and make the doctor work more efficiently.
 Through the theoretical research,design and pratice of this topic.I master product design and structure analysis ,and also master the use of PRO/E.This subject mainly job is divising the product structure and function,and then to produce the requirements of producte,at last ,that will be put into production.
 Due to this issue involves the product design,structural design ,and therefore it needs many of comprehensive knowledge. From theory to the actual production process are involved.Through these,it cultivate myself of fouding ,analyzing and solving the problem ability and the ability of innovation and practice.
