摘要

塑料是一种新型工程材料，发展速度迅猛，塑料的加工和成型工艺也越来越得到重视，其中注射成型是最常用的塑料零件成型方法。
从"后视镜盖"二板式注塑模的结构设计、制造工艺着手,对二板式注塑模的典型结构进行了剖析,对模具制造的结构工艺性(制造的可行性、经济性)进行了分析。着重介绍了二板式注塑模的结构特点和设计要点,同时,从模具制造的结构工艺方面,介绍了凸、凹模的定位加工、定模底板和剥料板的合件加工、凸模部位顶出杆孔的制造加工,以及其他的一些部位制造加工等制造要点。
通过分析两制件的使用要求和结构特点,介绍了一模成型两个相同制件的模具结构特点及模具的动作原理,研究和分析了模具结构采用斜导柱侧抽芯和斜顶相结合,进行内、外侧抽芯成型方案的合理性,给出了模具设计的详细计算过程,实现了一模成型两个相同制件的设想,得出了此模具既方便加工又节约了材料的结论。

Abstract

Plastic is one kind of new engineerig material. With its rapid development, plastic processing and molding technology have been getting more and more important, and plastics injection molding is the most commom way for polymer processing.
From "mirrors covered" two plate injection mold the structural design, manufacturing process proceed the fabrication technology begin, has carried on the analysis to the sampan type note mold's modular design, to die making's structure technology capability(manufacture feasibility, efficiency) has carried on the analysis. Introduced emphatically the sampan type note mold's unique feature and the design main point, simultaneously, from die making's structure craft aspect, introduced raised, the lower die localization processing, decides the stool and the exhausted yard lumber gathers a processing, the plunger spot to go against the pole hole the manufacture processing, as well as manufacture main points and so on other spot manufacture processing.
Based on the analysis of the application requirement and the structural features of two plastic parts,mould structure feature and die movement theory was introduced for mould with two same parts forming at one time.Feasibility of angle-pin moving side-core slide with angled-lift for inner outer side-core slides was studied and analyzed.The design process of mold was presented in detail.Idea of manufacturing two same parts in one mould was achieved.It is concluded that the mould is easy to manufact.
