论文题目：一般护理人员与专业护理人员人格特点及护理质量的对比研究
摘 要
 目的：总结分析护理工作中存在的不安全因素，并提出防范对策。
 方法：本文采用预试问卷编制即预试问卷采用匿名方式，在护理人员胜任素质模型的基础上，结合要素定义与关键事件访谈^论文，对初始胜任素质模型中各特征进行了适当的行为描述结构效度来检验问卷效度。将一般护理人员与专业护理人员这两组数据分别进行分析，通过统计学分析来检验问卷项目是否能鉴别受试者的反应程度。
 结果：护理专业人员与专业护理人员16PF人格因素比较，专业护理人员在人格因素方面得分明显高于一般护理人员（P<0.01）。在因素比较中，专业护理人员与一般护理人员无明显的差别（P>0.05）。在护理质量检查中，一般护理人员的满意度为0.625，而专业护理人员的满意度为0.886。可见专业护理人员比一般护理人员质量有显著提高，有利于避免各种护理差错和纠纷，有效地保证护理安全，提高护理质量。
 结论：本研究发现专业护理人员个人素质胜于一般护理人员；专业护理人员护理质量高于一般护理人员；专业岗位需要专业护理人员；应通过培训使一般护理人员业务及性格素质向专业护理人员看齐。

 Title: To analyze the insecurity factors in nursing care and put forward preventing measure．
ABSTRACT
 
 With the development of society ,Vast numbers of patients to health care needs is more and more high, Their awareness of legal awareness and rights has been enhanced. This health care professional ethics, technical level and quality of service has put forward to higher requirements. We analyzed and summarized the current nursing work in the common security risks and propose management strategies and preventive measures. Conducive to maximum care of avoiding errors and disputes, effectively ensure the safety of care, improve quality of care.
 0bjective：To analyze the insecurity factors in nursing care and put forward preventing measure．
 Methods： We analyzed the insecurity factors in nursing care．We gave security education and Professional moral education to nurses． Meanwhile we perfected the safe nursing rules，standardized the working process and strengthen the professional training to ensure the nursing safety and the nursing qualify．
 Results：Nurses are required to attach importance to patients’safety and danger，get along well with patients，follow nursing rules，and enhance law conception in their nursing behavior．We intensely monitor and control the working staff who can not fulfill the obligations pertaining to his or her position，who do not have senses of responsibility and who、violate nurses professional requirements．By doing s0，we not only protect the legitimate rights and insecurity factors in nursing care and patients’but also get rid of the insecurity to a large extent．
 Conclusion：We have made the nursing security management systematized，standardized．Now we can provide safety，convenient and satisfying medical 8ervice for patients and prevent the medical disputes in nur8ing．
