论文题目：健康教育对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响
摘　要
 目的 探讨健康教育和护理干预对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响 方法 选择被诊断为乳腺癌且进行乳腺癌根治术术后患者58例，随机分为观察组（30例）和对照组（28例），观察组采用系统性健康教育和针对性护理干预，对照组采用常规护理及传统的卫生宣教，分别比较观察组和对照组在健康教育后生存质量评分（QOL）的差异 结果 观察组患者生活质量良好和较好者率为73.33%(22例)，对照组25%(7例),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。除疲乏，疼痛，家庭理解与配合，同事理解与配合外，观察组其它各项评估指标（食欲，精神，睡眠，对癌症的认识，对治疗的态度，治疗副作用，日常生活情况，面部表情）评分均高于对照组，均有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论 系统性健康教育可有效改善患者的生存质量，为临床护理工作提供一定参考。

  Title: Analysis of the influence of health educationon breast on cancer patients’quality of life
ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze the influence of health education and nursing intervene on breastcancerpatients’quality of life(QOL) 
Methods 58 breast cancer patients after radical operation were divided into the observing group(30cases)and the control group(28cases) randomly.the observing group were accepted health education and nuring intervene.the control group used normal nusing and health education.Comparing the difference of the score of the two group’s qulity of life after the healthy education.．
Result  73.33% patiens of the observing group (22cases) had better quality of life ,while the control’s were only 25%(7cases),the difference was significant(P<0.01).Except tired,pain,family comprehend and colleague comprehend, the other aspect of QOL(appetite,spirit,sleep,kowledge of cancer,attitude of treatment,side effect,condition of daily life and the look of face) of the observing group were all perior to the control group and the difference was significant.
Conclusions Systemetic health education could effectively improve the breast cancer patients’quality of life, and could offer valuable experience to clinical nursing.
