论文题目：主动脉夹层病人的护理特点及护理探讨
摘　要
目的：主动脉夹层是心血管内科的危、急、重症疾病之一。耐心、细致、周密的观察和护理不仅能够改善预后，减少并发症，更大大降低死亡率。
 方法：对我科2004年8月至2008年11月共收治的21例主动脉夹层患者进行早期诊断、治疗，及时观察病情变化，耐心、细致的护理并进行记录和对比。
 结果：17例（占80.9%）均好转或治愈出院，死亡3例（占14.3%）,自动出院1例（占4.8%），住院时间为1～25d,未出现护理并发症。
结论：主动脉夹层是心血管内科的危、急、重症疾病之一。临床上可引起剧烈疼痛、休克和压迫症状；早期易误诊、漏诊；死亡率高。因此，对主动脉夹层早期诊断、治疗，及时观察病情变化，耐心、细致、周密的护理；能够有效地降低死亡率，减少并发症；促进患者康复，提高生存质量。

 Title: The inquiry and characterization of nursing with patient suffering aortic dissection
ABSTRACT
 Purpose: Aortic dissection is a risk of cardiovascular medicine, acute and severe diseases. Patient, meticulous, careful observation and care not only to improve the prognosis, reduce complications and greatly reduce mortality.

 Methods: My Section from August 2004 to November 2008 were treated 21 cases of aortic dissection in patients with early diagnosis, treatment and observe the condition changes in a timely manner, patience and meticulous care and be recorded and compared.
 Results: 17 cases (80.9%) were improved or cured and discharged and 3 died (14.3%), auto-discharge in 1 case (4.8%), hospitalization time was 1 ~ 25d, care and complications does not appear.
 Conclusion：Aortic dissection is a risk of cardiovascular medicine, acute and severe diseases. Clinically, can cause severe pain, shock and pressure symptoms; early easy to misdiagnosis; high mortality rate. Therefore, early diagnosis of aortic dissection, treatment and observe the condition changes in a timely manner, patient, meticulous, thorough care; can effectively reduce mortality and reduce complications; to promote patient recovery, improve quality of life.
