基于供应链的产业集群发展研究
摘要：当今的世界经济发展正在演绎着一个有趣的空间模式。一方面，受益于信息技术和交通系统的飞速发展，资本、商品、信息和技术的跨国流通前所未有的方便，经济全球化正逐步到来；另一方面，区域在经济增长中的作用非但没有削弱，反而比传统时代更为加强，产业集群——同一产业领域内相互联系的众多企业因空间集聚而形成的一种产业组织形式——的兴旺深刻地表明了这一点。同时随着经济全球化的发展，越来越多的人认识到"21世纪的竞争不是企业和企业之间的竞争，而是供应链和供应链之间的竞争。”这种认识说明供应链的思想已经日益受到人们的重视。产业集群和供应链虽然拥有不同的含义和范畴，但我们发现在实际当中，两者却有着微妙的联系。一个完整的集群中不可避免的拥有一条或几条供应链，或完整或是其一部分。若说集群是身躯，那么供应链便是其骨架。于是在微观的角度，即于供应链的角度，来考虑关于集群发展的问题，便是我们所要讨论的了。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays the world's economy development is deducing an interesting of space mode. On one hand, suffering the development of information technology and transportation system, the multinational circulates of capital, merchandise, information and technique is the unprecedented convenience, world economic is coming; On the other hand, the function that district played in the economy increases is not weaken, but more enhanced than the traditional ages, the prosperous of industrial cluster which is formatted by a numerous business enterprise which is gathered the inside of the same property realm contact mutually, deeply expressed this point. At the same time along with the development of the world’s economic, more and more know"21 centuries’ competition is not between a business enterprise to another business enterprise, but between one supply chain to another supply chain." the thought explain the supply chain have already and increasingly suffered people’s thought. Although supply chain and industrial cluster is not in the same category, we discovered the two have the delicate contact in actuality. A complete industrial cluster own an or a few supply chains, which is complete or a part of. If say that industrial cluster is a body, so the supply chain is just its framework. Hence in the angle of the microcosmic , namely in the supply chain's angle, considering concerning industrial cluster’s problem for developing, is just we want to discuss.
