中小型企业生产管理系统在车间中的应用

摘 要

 改革开放以来，尤其是党的十五大后，中小型企业经济进入了一个持续发展的阶段。无论是在吸纳就业还是在创造价值、利税等方面，中小型企业 都发挥着重要作用，成为国民经济的重要组成部分。但是，我国中小型企业的总体实力不强，整体科技水平较低，还缺乏参与国内国际市场竞争的能力。如何使中小型企业更快更好地发展是当前我国面临的一项重要课题。
 随着企业之间竞争的加剧，信息快速、准确的传递变得越来越重要了。车间的管理在企业中占据了越来越重要的地位。如何有效地管理车间，使信息能快速有效的传递，已成为信息管理的主要课题，因此本文在应用实践的基础上提出了基于制造执行系统（MES）生产控制模块的生产管理系统。
 本文的研究对象是中小制造企业，重点是研究其生产管理系统。在文中介绍了生产管理系统发展的历史、现状以及出现的新问题，进而引出了生产制造行业在生产管理技术上的新需求。然后对我国现在中小型企业现状进行分析。详细阐述了生产管理系统的内容；同时介绍了制造执行系统的定位及功能模型。最后对系统进行实现。

ABSTRACT
 Since reform and opening up, especially after the 15th Party Congress, small and medium enterprise economy has entered a stage of sustainable development. Whether in employment or absorbed in the creation of value, profits and taxes, and so on, small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an important role and become an important part of the national economy. However, small and medium-sized enterprises in China's overall strength is not strong, the overall low level of technology, but also the lack of participation in domestic and international market competitiveness. How to enable small and medium enterprises faster and better development of our country is facing an important topic.          With increased competition between enterprises, information quickly and accurately transfer has become increasingly important. Workshop in the management of enterprises occupy an increasingly important position. How effective management workshops, so that information can be rapid and effective transfer, information management has become the main topic, so this practice in the application submitted on the basis based on the manufacturing execution systems (MES) module production control the production management system.          In this paper, the object of study is small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the focus is on its production management systems. In the text on the production management system development history, current situation and the emergence of new problems, in turn leads to the manufacturing industry in the production of new technical requirements. China is now before the status of small and medium enterprises. Elaborated on the content of production management system at the same time on the manufacturing execution systems and the positioning function model. Finally the system to achieve.
