XXX集团制造中心企业内部物流现状分析及改进研究

摘  要

 企业内部物流管理水平关系到产品成本的高低、影响着企业的经济效益，目前已经发展成为企业的一个重要竞争要素。企业内部物流研究有助于对企业内部物流价值的发现，有助于探索企业内部物流的优化。
 本文研究目的就是在分析企业内部物流研究理论的基础上，针对目前XXX集团制造中心内物流管理现状所存在的问题，运用三种方法（甘特图、工序分析和布局分析）进行了详细分析，找出目前存在于制造中心内的主要问题及解决方案，以提高XXX集团制造中心的内部物流管理水平。
 论文主要分为四章，其中第一章介绍了企业内部物流研究的背景和意义。第二章主要简述了企业内部物流研究的现状以及影响因素。第三章主要结合XXX集团制造中心的现状说明精益生产能够有效的促进内部物流的优化；合理的生产作业计划能够解决物流瓶颈问题；流水作业、设施布局的优化也可以促进企业内部物流发展和改进。并通过三个实例详细的说明。内部物流的改善也给企业带来了客观的经济效益。第四章主要是论文的总结和展望。

ABSTRACT

 The enterprise internal management level in relation to the logistics cost of products, affects the economic efficiency of enterprises, and now has become an important element of the enterprise competition. Enterprise internal logistics research helps to find the value of enterprise internal logistics enterprises, help to explore the optimized logistics.
 This research aims at analyzing internal logistics is based on the theory of research, aiming at XXX group within the manufacturing center in logistics management status quo and existing problems of using three kinds of methods (gantt charts and process analysis and layout analysis) carried on the detailed analysis to find the existing within the manufacturing center in the main problems and solutions to improve the manufacturing center within XXX group of logistics management level.
 Paper mainly divided into five chapters, including the first chapter of the enterprise internal logistics research background and significance. The second chapter basically describes the research status of enterprise internal logistics and influencing factors. The third chapter of manufacturing center with XXX group situation that lean production can effectively promote internal logistics optimization, Reasonable production planning can solve bottle-neck logistics, Water facilities layout optimization, also can promote enterprise internal logistics development and improvement. And three examples are detailed instructions. Internal logistics enterprises to improve the economic benefits brought objective. The last chapter is the conclusion to this paper.
