浙江步森服饰公司西服生产流程优化及管理

 摘  要
 生产流程优化是制造业生产持续改善的一个重要目标之一。企业通过生产流程优化，可以大幅度提高生产效率、减少浪费、降低库存、提高产能，进而提高对市场变化的适应度，增强企业的核心竞争力。
 现在许多生产企业上了规模，业务也正常了。但就是会发现生产量不太能跟上市场的步伐，在生产现场也存在着许多问题。本文研究的对象是浙江步森服饰公司的西服生产流程，主要从生产现场管理方法（6S管理、目视管理、看板管理等）和生产流程优化方法（ECRS分析法等）分析出发，分析服饰企业中存在的实际的生产现场和生产流程的问题，并借助先进的理论和观念加以改进，从而提高生产效率。进而促进公司对生产现场管理和持续的流程优化的重视，提高企业的市场竞争能力。

 ABSTRACT

 The optimization of productive process is one of the most important targets which the manufacturing industry improves. Through the optimization of productive process, the enterprise may promote the production efficiency, reduce the waste, and reduce the stock, then enhancement large scale to produce energy. And then enhancement to market shift sufficiency, enhancement enterprise's core competitiveness.
 Nowadays many manufacturers are on the size and the business is also normally. But it is unlikely to find that production can not keep up with the pace of market requirement. In the scene of production there are a lot of problems.  This article studies the optimization of productive process. And the article will analysis from the production management methods (such as 6S management, visual management, Kan ban management, etc.) and production process optimization methods (ECRS analysis etc.), analysis of the actual production problems that exist in apparel companies. And improving with advanced theory and concepts to enhance the production efficiency. Then we can promote the company's production-site management and ongoing attention to process optimization, and improve the enterprise’s competitiveness in the market.
