义乌叶姐内裤企业配送流程分析

摘  要

        物流配送是企业经营活动中非常重要的一个环节，对配送流程的分析改进有利于加强整个配送系统的流畅性，简化性。
 本文通过对义乌叶姐内裤企业配送作业流程进行分析，运用流程图法和5W1H法进行流程改进。本文分别从以下4个流程进行分析优化：订单处理流程、分拣与配货流程、配装流程、配送运输、交货流程。希望通过这些流程的改进，减少浪费，提高效益。此外，通过提出各种措施保证配送的质量，减少配送时间，提高配送的效率。

ABSTRACT

 Logistics and distribution is a very important link  to Business activities, analysis of the distribution process will help the entire distribution system to enhance the system fluency and simplicity.
 This paper analyzes the work process of distribution to Yiwu Yejie underwear company，using flowchart and 5W1H method to  improve the process. In this paper, analysis from four process : order processes, sorting and distribution processes, loading processes, delivery transportation and delivery processes. In addition, this paper put forward various of  measures to ensure the quality of distribution, reduce the time of distribution, improve the efficiency of distribution.
