顺丰速运的绿色物流应用研究
中文摘要：本文主要从绿色物流角度出发，以我国快递行业最具代表性的顺丰快运为例，并通过本人在顺风实习的亲身经历结合目前国内外对绿色物流的理论研究，首先简单介绍了顺风速运的一些状况，其次对他的绿色物流应用做了详细分析并指出了其不足之处，并从“绿色物流包装”方面提出了应用绿色材料包装和绿色油墨印刷和从“绿色物流运作”方面提出了精简流程改良操作方法的建议。以期对顺风速运的绿色物流发展提高指导。

一、我国绿色物流现状
1、绿色物流定义
绿色物流（Environmental logistics）是指在物流过程中抑制物流对环境造成危害的同时，实现对物流环境的净化，使物流资源得到最充分利用。它包括物流作业环节和物流管理全过程的绿色化。从物流作业环节来看，包括绿色运输、绿色包装、绿色流通加工等。从物流管理过程来看，主要是从环境保护和节约资源的目标出发，改进物流体系，既要考虑正向物流环节的绿色化，又要考虑供应链上的逆向物流体系的绿色化。
