个体私营企业人力资源初探
【摘要】人力资源是现代企业中最重要的资源,如何有效的开发和科学合理地管理人力资源是企业走向成功的关键。改革开放以来,我国个体私营企业得到了长足的发展,为我国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高做出了极大的贡献,但随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,在新形势下个体私营企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题,如融资困难、信用不足、人才匮乏等。而从目前情况来看,个体私营企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题, 此问题严重阻碍了个体私营企业的进一步发展。在本文中,本人对我国个体私营企业人力资源管理的重要性,人力资源管理存在的问题及对策进行了粗略的分析和讨论。

【Abstract】Human Resource is the most important asset in modern company. How to deploit and control employee and scientificly is the key point for company towarding success. Since the reform and open policy, Our country Individual Private enterprise obtained the considerable development, for our country economy development, the lives of the people level enhancement has made the enormous contribution, but joins the World Trade Organization along with global economic integration advancement quickening with our country, the individual private enterprise has met some questions under the new situation in its development, like financing difficulty, credit insufficiency, talented person deficient and so on. But looked from the present situation that, the individual private enterprise's human resources management imperfect is a major issue which the serious restriction enterprise develops, this question has seriously hindered the individual private enterprise's further development.In this paper, myself to Our country Individual Private enterprise human resources management importance, the human resources management existence question and the countermeasure have carried on the sketchy analysis and the discussion.
