企业核心竞争力的内涵与要素
企业核心竞争力的内涵是指企业在一定的生存发展环境下将企业的内部资源与外部资源加以整合,从而使企业自身获得可持续竞争优势的一种能力。企业核心竞争力由三个要素所构成:1、领先于竞争对手的技术和体现这一技术的新产品,新服务方式。2、领先于竞争对手的管理文化氛围。3、领先于竞争对手的新理论,新经验的学习率和传递率。具备这三个要素的核心竞争力由于企业的不同从而有不同的体现形式与重点。[ 周卉萍,《政策与管理》,机械工业管理研究院,2000年11期第6页。
