基于单片机的数控直流稳压源设计

摘要

 单片机由于体积小，功能齐全、可靠性高，越来越受到人们的关注. 基于单片机的电路往往比传统的电路设计具有更大的灵活性。
 随着时代的发展，单片机技术已经普及到我们生活，工作，科研的各个领域.由于人们生活水平的提高,传统的电压源已经不能满足人们的需求.本文将介绍一种数控直流稳压电源，同时分析了数字技术和模拟技术相互转换的概念。
  本系统以直流电流源为基础，89S52单片机为主控制器，通过键盘来设置直流电源的输出电压，设置步进等级可达0.1V，并可由LCD显示电压设定值。本系统由单片机控制设定数字信号，经过D/A转换器（DAC0832）的输出模拟量，再经过运算放大器放大，最后通过可调稳压器LM338输出电压。此设计用到了数字技术中的单片机，D/A 转换器，LCD显示等电路，具有控制精度高，制作比较容易等优点。

Abstract

 MCU because of physical volume small, the function is well-found, the credibility is high, is subjected to the concern by people more and more . The mcu-based circuit than traditional circuit design with greater flexibility.
 With the development of the times, MCU technology has spread to our lives, work, and research in all fields. Along with the life horizontal exaltation, people pursue humanized thing more and more, the traditional power supple has already can't satisfied people's demand .this paper will introduce a digital DC voltage power supply, and analyse the digital technology and simulation technology mutual conversion concept.
  This system take the DC current source for the base ,89S52 for mainly controller, through keyboard to establish the  direct current power supply’s output voltage, install stepping up to 0.1V levels, and the LCD shows the  output voltage and the actual output current. This system programmed by MCU to set digital signals, after D/A converters (DAC0832),  the simulation export volume is sent to the  amplifier. Then through the adjustable voltage regulator LM338 output voltage. The design use the digital technology in MCU, D/A converters, LCD display, and other circuits, It has advantages such as high-precision control and product easily.
