智能在线式不间断电源设计

摘要
    电，从出现以来，人类就已经离不开它了！你能够想象整个世界变的一片漆黑以后会是什么样的吗？但现实生活中，无可避免的会碰到断电的时候，UPS就这样应运而生。自二十世纪六十年代到现在，虽然只有短短几十年的时间，但它的发展是极为迅速的，已出现了各种形式的UPS。
    本设计设计了一种在线式UPS：当市电输入正常时，由市电给负载供电，同时对蓄电池进行充电；当断电时，由12V蓄电池将直流电转变成大多数电器所需要的220V交流电。ICL8038把输入的直流电压转变成正弦波，再用精密整流把正弦波转换成馒头波，经过SG3524产生SPWM波，通过IR2110驱动电路最后由脉冲变压器把SPWM波经滤波后产生所需交流电。试验表明该系统输出波形和性能良好，达到了设计要求，适用于家庭用户使用。

Abstract

      Electricity, human have not lived without it, since it was discovered! Can you imaged the whole world get black, then being what? But in our daily life, power-down it's avoidance, so UPS occurs. Form the 1960s to now, although it's just a few years, but development is so quickly, market has many kinds of UPS.
      This architect designing a kind of UPS,which is on-line: When the 220V electric voltage is in good order, it gives electricity to the load and refresh to the storage battery; when the 220V electric voltage blockouts,I2V of storage battery DC into 220V AC. ICL8038 DC input voltage into sine wave, and then put Rectifier precision sine wave into buns, After SG3524 SPWM wave generated, IR2110 driver circuit through the final SPWM pulse transformers are used to wave generated by the filter for AC. Experiment results indicate that system output waveform and running performance are much better, and design requirements are satisfied. It is suit for the family user to use.
