摘要
心率是人体中一个非常重要的生命信息,而传统的脉诊由于其定性化和主观性影响了心率测试的精度,成为中医脉诊应用、发展和交流中的制约因素。为了提高对此类生物医学信号的测试精度,必须结合现代科学技术。
介绍一种以AT89S52为控制核心的智能人体心率检测装置的设计方法。利用光电传感器采集人体脉搏信号,经过前置级放大、滤波、积分比较等信号处理电路,将其转换成脉冲电压信号,再利用单片机对脉冲信号进行处理计算出心率并显示。由于传感器信号十分微弱,其幅度一般在微伏到毫伏的数量级范围,且夹杂着各种噪声和干扰,因此要求前置级放大电路具有高增益、高共模抑制比等技术指标。实现了微小信号放大、显示及报警功能。具有测量灵敏度高、实时性好、性价比高等优点。
本课题硬件设计用Protel99 SE工具，软件仿真用Keil c V3.60语言编程。系统经调试，功能稳定，均实现各项任务指标。

ABSTRACT

Human heart-rate is a very important life information. But the traditional pulse diagnosis affected the accuracy of heart-rate testing because of its qualitative and subjective, which had some constraints as application of pulse diagnosis, development and communication. To improve the signal for such biomedical testing accuracy, modern heart-rate detecting must be combined with modern science and technology.
The design method of intelligent heart-rate measuring instrument was based on AT89S52. The pulse signal was collected by photoelectric-sensor, then converted into pulse voltage signal through the signal processing circuits of pre-amplifying, LPF, integral comparator. Finally, the pulse voltage signal was inputted the single chip microcomputer which calculated heart-rate and displayed the result. The sensor signal was so weakly that its amplitude was in the range of micro-voltage to MV, and including all kinds of noise and interference. Therefore the pre-amplifier must be high gain, high common-mode rejection ratio, and other technical parameters. Experimental result s showed that the system scheme and hardware & software were rational, carried out required functions.
The hardware of this topic was designed by Protel99 SE, the hardware emulator was designed by base Keil c V3.60.When the system was debugged, it carried out all required precision.
