论文字数:10968,页数:19 论文编号:TX162 摘要:搅拌器将高温物料与低温物料进行混合搅拌,得到一定输出温度的混合物料。由于管路延迟很严重,采用常规PID控制器超调量较大,反应速度很慢,控制效果不佳。本文设计的搅拌器温度控制系统采用的是微分先行PID控制器,文中对如何合理选择被控量、操纵量、控制阀的类型、调节器正反作用以及如何进行调节器参数整定都做了较为详细的介绍。并从性能指标,抗干扰等方面将微分先行PID控制系统与常规PID控制系统进行比较,并运用MATLAB对所设计的系统进行了仿真。
Abstract:Stirrer will mix high-temperature materials and low-temperature materials ,and a certain temperature of the mixed materials will output. Because of the delay line seriously, the overshoot of using conventional PID controller is larger, and the reaction is slow, control ineffective.In this paper, the design of mixers used in temperature control system are first differential PID controller, the article on how to choose a reasonable amount charged, and manipulating the volume control valve types, positive and negative role of regulator and how to adjust parameters of the entire capital is in a more detailed introduction. From performance indicators, anti-interference, etc. compare the first differential PID control system with conventional PID control system, and the use of MATLAB for the design of system simulation.
