摘要

电子商务的发展改变了传统买卖双方面对面的交流方式，也打破了旧有的工作经营模式，近年来，以发达国家为先导的全球电子商务高速增长，电子商务在企业管理的变革中扮演着越来越重要的角色，作为一种信息时代国际通行的商务模式，电子商务的深入发展引发了自工业革命以来经济领域一场最广泛、最深刻的变革。
在企业的管理变革中，电子商务的发展起到了很大的影响作用，任何事物都有其两面性，电子商务为企业带来新鲜血液的同时也存在着许多不可忽视的问题，因此对于电子商务的现状研究及发展前景，电子商务的发展在企业管理变革中的影响（对企业人力资源管理变革的影响，对企业文化发展的影响，对企业组织变化的影响，下对供应链管理模式的影响，对现代企业管理中的CRM的影响），对现存弊端分析与解决的研究具有一定的应用价值。为促进企业在信息时代抓住时机，电子商务的理论转化为现实模式的进一步发展，具有很大的现实意义。
电子商务是依托网络、信息技术开展的商务活动。它不仅改变了传统商业模式，促进了流通方式创新和流通现代化，也推动了经济全球化的发展。加快电子商务发展，对电子商务相关课题的研究对于我国更广泛参与经济全球化，以信息化促进流通现代化，贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要意义。
