摘　要
  
 如今，我国经济建设正处于高速发展时期，中小企业作为社会的一种基本经济主体，在我国经济持续稳定发展中具有不可忽视的作用。在日益激烈的市场竞争中，电子商务的出现为广大的中小企业带来了更为广阔的发展空间。在我国，中小企业发展电子商务的过程中面临着诸多的问题，正确认识到这些问题并加以解决与改正，明确中小企业发展电子商务的现状与对策将是中小企业在未来取得长捉发展的必由之路。
 本文介绍了电子商务的含义；我国中小企业电子商务的应用特征；分析了我国中小企业电子商务的发展现状；论述了我国中小企业电子商务发展过程中存在的问题并提出了相关的对策，主要包括大力加强中小企业信息化建设、积极推动电子物流体系发展、不断进行网上结算系统完善等相关措施。

Abstract

     Nowadays,our economic construction is in a developing period,Small and medium-sized enterprises as a fundamental economic and social has the unshakable role economic stability in our country.In the increasingly heated market competition，Electronic commerce appeared to the smes with more extensive development space.In my country, Sme development of e-commerce process faces many problems.Correct to recognize these problems be solved and corrected and sme development of e-commerce status and countermeasures would be small and medium-sized enterprises have long had caught in the future development. the only.
 This article describes the meaning of e-commerce, characteristics of SME e-commerce applications, and describes the status of SME e-commerce development generally, analyzes the development of SME e-commerce problems mainly.And proposed measures related to the problems, including great efforts to strengthen SME informatization, actively promote the development of e-logistics system, constantly improve the online billing system and so on.
