网页游戏顾客忠诚度影响因素实例分析-以开心网为例

摘　要

 近两年来，国内外网页游戏如雨后春笋般出现，令人目不暇给。中国毫无疑问是全球最大的网络游戏市场，网页游戏的巨大市场“钱景”也是勿庸置疑的。特别是随着网络游戏发展步入瓶颈阶段，如何实现可持续增长变成了游戏产业发展的一道必答题，而网页游戏正是被看好的一个新的后继力量。
 随着网页游戏行业的迅猛发展，研究网页游戏的顾客忠诚影响因素也随之有了重要的意义。而在我国大陆地区对这方面的实证研究分析还是很少，本文将是一次尝试。本文以开心网为例，借鉴网络游戏和顾客忠诚度为研究领域中的相关研究，利用问卷调查和深度访谈的实证研究分析方法，挖掘出影响网页游戏的顾客忠诚度影响因素，并总结了对开心网的建议。

Abstract

 In the past two years, Web games have bloomed around the world. There is no doubt that China has become the biggest Web game market in the world, in the meanwhile people think highly of the market for its bright future. Particularly, with the fast development of the online games, how to realize the sustainable increasing is one of the most important problems that we will have to face. Now the Web game is considered to be a strong follow-up force.
 The Rapid development of internet makes a virtual world. Therefore an online game industry blooms. As the rapid development of online game industry, it’s very important to explore online games customers’ loyalty factors. An empirical study based on online game customers’ loyalty of china is less than other areas. The paper is an approach. In this paper, www.kaixin001.com as the example, draw online games and customer loyalty for research in the field of research, using questionnaires, interviews and case analysis of empirical research and analysis methods, impact of online games excavated loyalty factors. Finally, summarize recommendations of www.kaixin001.com.
