摘    要
                                   
 电子政务是各级政府部门运用先进的信息技术手段来实现政务信息化，即实现政务公开化、办公高效化、服务网络化等目标。也就是说，电子政务是政府机构运用现代网络通信与计算机技术，将其内部和外部的管理和服务职能经过精简、优化整合、重组后到网络上实现，它打破了时间、空间及部门分隔的制约，为社会公众及政府自身提供一体化的高效、优质廉洁的管理与服务。

 E-government at all levels of government use of advanced information technology tools to achieve the government information, namely, the achievement of government affairs, office more efficient, service network and so on target. In other words, e-government network of government agencies using modern communications and computer technology, its internal and external management and service functions streamlined, optimized integration, the re-implemented on the network, which breaks down the time, space and departmental separated constraints for the public and the government itself to provide an integrated and efficient, clean and high quality management and services.
