浙江纺织品贸易突破绿色贸易壁垒的对策分析

摘   要

    近几年来，国际纺织品贸易作为国际贸易的重要组成部分受到了绿色贸易壁垒的阻碍。“清洁生产”、“绿色产品”、“生态纺织品”等概念已大举进入国际纺织品贸易领域，各国对纺织品在穿着使用过程中的“安全性'提出了更多的要求。美国、欧盟、日本等我国纺织品主要出口国家制定出了一系列相关的严格的环保法规，并采取了严格的环保措施。本文从绿色贸易壁垒的一般理论出发，介绍了绿色贸易壁垒的定义、特点和表现形式，分析了浙江省纺织品贸易的现状和纺织业存在的问题，提出了浙江省纺织品行业突破绿色贸易壁垒应采取的一系列对策。

Abstract

In last few years, the international textile trade as an important constituent of international trade has suffered the hindrance of green trade barrier. The concept of 'clean production', 'green product', 'ecology textile' etc, had enter into the international textile trade field, many countries have put in a claim of 'security' when they are consume textile. US, European Union, Japan and China the mainly textile export countries had formulate a series of correlate environmental protection laws and regulations, and has taken strict environmental protection measures.
This dissertation sets out from the ecumenical theoretic of Green trade barrier, introduced the definitions, characteristics and manifestations of Green trade barrier, analyzed the textile trade of present condition and the problems of textile industry which in Zhejiang, and put forward some countermeasures for the textile corporations to break through the Green trade barrier.
