双绿指令下福建家电的生存与发展

摘   要

     随着全球经济一体化进程的迅速推进，WTO多个回合的谈判使得长期以来作为主要贸易壁垒的高额关税逐渐退出了历史舞台，代之而起的是绿色贸易壁垒。作为方便易行、见效快的强有力保护手段，绿色贸易壁垒愈来愈频繁地付诸实施。
福建家电以其优势不断向海外扩张，众多品牌纷纷在国外成立公司，抢占市场。而《关于报废电子电气设备指令》（WEEE）和《关于在电子电气设备中禁止使用某些有害物质指令》（RoHS）的实施给福建的家电业的海外发展带来了一定的影响，成本上升，竞争力下降。本文针对“双绿”指令带来的影响，评述福建家电如何从改善生产技术减少额外成本、引入权威检测、实行绿色营销等各个方面减弱两个指令带来的冲击，并在这样的环境下生存发展。

Abstract

With the rapid promotion of global economy, High tariff, as the main trade barrier in the long term of the WTO negotiation, disappeared gradually and the green barrier instead of it now. It is more and more popular that the green barrier is being carried out because it seems a convenient, feasible, effective protection measure.
Fujian electric equipments have expended their overseas markets because of their advantage and set up the subsidiary companies. It brings Fujian electric equipments shocks when the WEEE and the RoHS are carried out. The cost of our products increases and the competition becomes weak. We will find how our products survive and develop in the circumstance by improving technology, green promotion and other ways.
