中国零售业发展趋势分析——以联合一百为例
 摘  要

 本文档主要通过将联合一百先进的零售业管理模式与运营模式与传统零售业的管理模式与运营模式进行对比分析，总结中国零售业未来发展的一些经验。
 首先简单说明中国零售业发展的现状，以及存在问题。再通过对比联合一百与传统零售业的文化，发展方式，战略以及体制得出新形势下中国零售业的一些发展道路。
 通过阐述自愿连锁以及产消联盟，对比传统零售业的直营连锁和老旧的物流体系，看出问题，找出方法，得出经验。结合电子商务与异业联盟的新型零售业发展道路，找到零售业利润的新的来源。对上述对比点进行分析，得出结论。

ABSTRACT

 This paper mainly compares the more advanced system of administration and the system of operation with the tradicioned ones,cancluded the experience of retail trade in China. Firstly,this paper introduce the present situation, and this paper images a new pach of retail trade in China by campared the cultrue, style,and strategybetween the company”ally 100”and the tradicional ones.
 Contraposing the old delivery system to the mordem chain store system in retail industry,giving the concept of the voluntary link of family and company.
 In case,analyzing the problem, to find the determinaion. Finally,creating a new way to get the profit in in retail industry ,which related with another industry. Making a conlusian via analyzing the differences upon.
