外资对中小城市发展的影响 ——以台州为例
摘要

在国际层面上，发展中国家之间吸引外资的竞争日益激烈。自20世纪80年代后期以来，几乎所有的发展中国家政府都在致力于应用各种激励或促进措施吸引外资。在国家层面上，随着我国经济的对外开放，外资大量涌入中国，包括外资银行，外资企业等。带来了大量资金的同时，也给中国经济与社会带来了巨大影响。在地区层面上，外资占有举足轻重的地位，地区经济发展更需要外投资，多年的实践也充分证明了外资在华的重要作用。

然而利用外资促进经济发展，尤其是中小城市经济发展，对我们来说还处于比较新的阶段，尚缺乏成熟的理论体系，而实践需要理论的指导，因此有必要对外资对中小城市的影响作深入分析，对其能够有一个清楚的认识，从而最大限度地发挥外资对中小城市的积极作用。

为研究这一问题，本文在总结中小城市外商投资现状的基础上，将从外资进入对中小城市的综合环境、企业及有关人和社会的因素角度进行研究，进一步探讨外资对这些方面的影响。最后在总结全文的基础上，旨在对中小城市发展提出一些新的想法和建议。

Abstract

At the international level, to attract foreign investment among developing countries is increasingly competitive. Since the late 80s, almost all developing country governments are committed to the application of various incentives or promotes to attract foreign investment. At the national level, with the opening up of China's economy, the influx of foreign capital in China, including foreign banks, foreign companies and so on. Not only brought a lot of money, but also brought great economic and social impact on China. At the district level, foreign capital plays a decisive role, the regional economic development needs foreign investment. Years of practice has fully proved the important role of foreign capital in China.

However, using foreign investment to develop economic, especially small cities, is really new for us. It is still lacks of mature theoretical framework. However, practice needs theoretical guidance. Hence it is necessary to achieve in-depth analysis of the influence. And then we can have a clear understanding of its pros and cons of foreign capital in order to maximize the positive effects.

To study this problem we do research from the perspective of urban background and enterprises accroding to the sum of foreign investment status and future trends.And then further explore the impact of foreign investment on these areas, Finally,based on the summary of the text, this paper proposed to develop some new ideas and suggestions.
