引进外资与温州传统产业结构的升级与转型

摘要
    
 在对产业结构、产业结构的优化、国际直接投资等相关概念进行界定的基础上，本文提出了利用国际直接投资进行产业结构优化的模型，从而建立起了国际直接投资与产业结构优化的关系;然后本文档分析了外商直接投资如何对产业结构产生优化作用以及FDI在多大程度上促进了产业结构的优化;最后，本文档在直接投资中存在的问题并提出了相应的战略措施。
关键词：国际直接投资，产业结构优化，自主型引资

ABSTRACT

Based on the related concept on the industrial structure, Optimization of industrial structure and international direct investment, this paper propose Model of industrial structure optimization by using the international direct investment ,then establish the relationship between international direct investment and industrial structure; and we analysis how FDI generate optimal effect on structure, finally we propose Strategic measures for problems of  FDI.
