中美贸易摩擦的成因分析及对策建议

 中美之间接连发生的贸易摩擦，主要包括双边贸易不平衡问题，美国责怪中国知识产权保护不力，以及美国对中国出口彩电、家具等的反倾销等问题。中美贸易摩擦涉及面之广泛、影响之深远、各方关注程度之高，都为近年所罕见，这预示着中美经贸关系进入了一个新的敏感时期。本文认为，上述问题出现的原因，主要是由于中美贸易逆差统计方法不同，美国为保持其知识产权而抑制其他国家的技术进步，以及我国传统的贸易增长方式不合理等因素造成的。要解决中美贸易摩擦，本文认为应充分掌握WTO规则及进一步完善市场经济，增强中美、中外对话，以及加快我国企业自身的产业结构调整。

ABSTRACT 

Sino-U.S. often occur trade friction, including bilateral trade imbalance, The United States blamed the inadequate protection of intellectual property rights in China and on China's export of color TV sets, furniture anti-dumping issues. Sino-U.S. trade friction is so extensive, far-reaching impact on the parties concerned such high levels in recent years are rare , This indicates that Sino-U.S. economic and trade relations have entered into a new sensitive period. This essay believes that the above issues were the main reasons for the Sino-U.S. trade deficit is due to structural and portability, in order to maintain their intellectual property then inhibits other countries technological progress and China's traditional trade growth mode and irrational factors. To solve Sino-U.S. trade friction, and that they should be fully grasp the WTO rules and further improve the market economy, strengthening the Sino-U.S., Chinese and foreign dialogue, as well as speeding up the country's own enterprises in the industrial structural adjustments.
