基于人文视角的城市发展影响研究  — 以杭州为例
摘  要

 城市的形成和发展伴随着人类文明的进步，在不同的历史时期城市的发展方式和芳香都不尽相同。步入21世纪后，城市的发展越来越依赖于人文因素，09年6月份《北京宪章》把历史文化维护加入城市总体规划中，而且对历史古迹保护与城市发展的内容、方法及操作控制手段提出要求。本文通过解析指出在一个城市发展良性机制下，人文因素作为伴随着城市发展的一种资源，在城市发展进程中起着“隐性”且不可代替的功能，是一个城市再发展的原动力与DNA。当今，人们在追求满足自身的物质文明的同时，对城市的文化历史表现出了越来越浓厚的兴趣，这可以说是经过20多年的现代化建设后的天然回归。由此，在城市建设中，人们一定要注重发展城市文化，培养城市精神，塑造城市形象，提高市民素质；尤其要重视城市自身特色的学习研究，突出发展地方特色和民族风格，将特色文化和现代氛围有机结合起来，形成独树一帜的现代城市人文气息，为城市的发展创造新的突破口。

Abstract

 The formation and development of the city following the progress of human civilization, development mode and direction of cities in different historical periods are identical. Stepping into the 21st century, the development of cities depends on and humanistic factors. On June 2009, the 《Beijing Charter》 put the historical and cultural protection into city overall planning, but also had a request for protection of historical monuments and city development content, method and operation .In a citymechanism of the benign development through analytical, this article points out humanistic factors as a kind of resources following urban development, playing "recessive" and irreplaceable function in the process of urban development, is a driving force of the development of urban again with DNA.. Nowadays, people in their pursuit of substance civilization, show more and more interest in history of urban culture, so it is a natural regression after the modernization construction of over 20 years. Thus, in the urban construction, people must pay attention to developing urban culture, training the city spirit and city image to improve the quality of citizens；Especially it should attach importance to the study of the city's own characteristics, to stand out the development of the local characteristics and national style, combine the characteristics  culture and modern atmosphere, form its humanitarian breath, creating new breakthrough for the development of cities.
